    Arcadia sits at the intersection of Phoenix and Scottsdale, bounded by Camelback Mountain to the north and the Arizona Canal to the south. Once a stretch of citrus groves, it’s now one of the most coveted areas in the state. The neighborhood draws a strong family buyer. Flat, walkable streets, mature trees, and a lush, green character unlike anything else in the desert. Lots are smaller than Paradise Valley with very few full-acre parcels, but the location and lifestyle command strong prices. The highest recorded sale to date is $17M, and several custom estates on larger lots would trade well above that if they ever came to market. A blend of historic ranch homes and high-end new construction makes Arcadia one of the more dynamic markets in the Valley.
